Terms of Service
This page is maintained by the operator of Norvera. It summarises the terms under which the platform is offered. The operator will replace this summary with the final legal text before wide launch.
1. Custody
Vault is a custodial platform: assets you deposit are held on your behalf and are accessible only through your authenticated account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to hold digital assets in your jurisdiction to open an account.
3. Prohibited use
Money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, and any activity forbidden by the operator's compliance policy will result in account suspension.
4. Fees & limits
Applicable fees, withdrawal limits, and staking terms are shown inside the app and can change with notice.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous twelve months.
6. Insolvency
If the operator becomes insolvent or winds down, clients are notified in advance and each client's own seed phrase is delivered to them in encrypted form. See section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
